Shipping

• Shops ship within the days to ship shown on their storefront, counted from payment confirmation.
• Shops add the courier and tracking number when they ship, so buyers can follow the parcel.
• Pack books against rain and bending: plastic wrap first, then padding.

Cancellations

• Buyers can cancel while an order is still waiting for payment, or a COD or meetup order the shop hasn't confirmed.
• Shops can cancel before shipping, with a reason the buyer sees. If the buyer already paid, the shop refunds them directly.
• Stock goes back to the shop automatically when an order is cancelled.

When something goes wrong

If a parcel is lost, damaged or very late, the buyer and shop should first talk it through. If that doesn't work, either side can contact citybooks with the order number and we'll help.
